How to pay

Everything here works by ordinary EFT from your banking app. No card, no payment gateway, nothing to sign up for.

Use your order number as the payment reference. Without it we can't match your payment.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Payments usually reflect within one business day. As soon as it lands, you'll get an email confirming it — and if your order includes a voucher, the voucher arrives in the same breath.

An unpaid order is held for 5 days. After that the items are quietly released again — no penalty, no awkwardness; simply order again if you still want them.

SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENT

You don't have to send proof of payment, but it can speed things along. Three ways, pick the easiest:

Use the upload link on your order page — it's in your order email.
Email it to PLACEHOLDER — set in admin.

Payment by EFT. Your order is held for 5 days while we wait for payment to reflect.
